Sapiens Feed is an application designed to provide users with access to a variety of articles from Wikipedia. The App does not create, modify, or control the content of these articles. All content is provided by third-party sources (Wikipedia) and is the sole responsibility of its authors.

3. No Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data or information from users of the App. The App operates without requiring user accounts, logins, or any form of personal identification.

4. Use of Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

  • Wikipedia API: To fetch and display article content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content provided by Wikipedia.
  • Google AdMob: To display advertisements. AdMob may collect data for personalized ads, as governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We have no control over the data collected by AdMob.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • The content provided by Wikipedia or other third-party services is accurate, reliable, or up-to-date.
  • The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

  • Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
  • Damages arising from the content provided by third-party services (e.g., Wikipedia).
